How do I submit a Turnitin Assignment?

Submitting an assignment through Turnitin is the same as submitting any other assignment through Canvas. The only noticeable difference is that you will see a  message alerting you to the fact that your work will be checked for originality and there will be a pledge you must agree with to continue submitting your work.

How do I view Turnitin results for an Assignment?

After opening the assignment, there will be a bubble on the right hand side of the screen indicating the results of the originality report. If your instructor has allowed it, clicking on that will open the Turnitin results. This will allow you to see any potential matches to your assignment.

How do I submit a paper if I am not enrolled in a course in Canvas?

If you would like to run a paper through Turnitin but are not part of a course in Canvas, contact Drew at drw2004@med.cornell.edu. We will be able to submit the paper on your behalf.
